Leslie has served the Maplewood Parks Department for over 15 years and brings an unmatched level of enthusiasm to every project — from resodding the Lot 48 community garden to organizing the annual Harvest Festival. She holds a master's degree in Public Administration from Indiana University and has received the Maplewood Citizen Excellence Award four times. Leslie is the author of Local Government: Why It Matters and Also Is the Best, available at the Maplewood Public Library.
